The purpose of this assignment is to give students a good idea of the impact Assualt had on society, and to understand how it can be applied to today's world. The essay samples are offered as free online lectures by The University of Texas.Assualt and Battery: Organized Grammar and Structure, Part I is the first of the essay samples in the bar essay. It is an introduction to what the bar exam is all about and why it is designed to measure the student's understanding of written communication, punctuation, grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and vocabulary.The second of the essay samples, Assualt and Battery, begins with an introduction to what happens during the bar exam, the structure of the questions, and the length of the test. After discussing these topics, students are asked to write a series of short essays, each one to answer a single question.A basic overview of the bar exam will be discussed in Assualt and Battery: Organized Grammar and Structure, Part II, which also include a discussion of the kinds of essays that are required. Students are given a detailed outline of what writing should consist of.
